Ways to Get Involved
Choose one or several — every type of engagement makes a difference for students.
Internship Host
Provide a structured, paid or unpaid internship experience for a high school student. Internships typically run 8–16 weeks and are coordinated with the school's CTE program.
Job Shadow Host
Open your doors for a half-day or full-day job shadow. Students follow a professional through their workday to gain a realistic view of a career field.
Virtual Classroom Visit
Join a class via video conference to share your career story, answer student questions, and connect your industry to what students are learning.
Mock Interview Volunteer
Help students practice their interview skills in a realistic setting. You'll conduct brief mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
Classroom Presenter
Visit a classroom in person to share your expertise, demonstrate tools or processes, or lead a hands-on activity tied to your industry.
Job Opportunity
Post a part-time, seasonal, or entry-level position for students or recent graduates. We'll help connect qualified candidates from our CTE programs.
